First and foremost, Gerald listened, made himself available, and advocated for our needs. Never did he appear controlling unlike other agents we’ve worked with in times past. I’ve often heard that all Realtors are not the same, and that is oh so true! In comparison, Gerald is definitely a shining star among Realtors.

Always available regardless of time, and very knowledgeable. I have sold two homes with Gerald and both homes went under contract immediately after listing them. I also purchased my new home with Gerald and he was patient as I took my time finding the right home. He listens to what you want and only finds homes that fit the criteria.
